The companion registration fee grants access exclusively to the common areas of the Congress. It does not include access to scientific sessions or academic activities of the official program. Companions will be identified with a wristband and will not receive an access badge. Attendance at the congress with a companion is subject to the prior registration and full payment of the applicable companion fee. Companions who are not duly registered and who have not paid the corresponding fee will not be permitted access to the congress venue or any congress areas. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny access to the congress in the event of non-compliance with this requirement. |

Registration Fees
Early Bird Rate: Valid until December 31, 2025
All registrations that remain unpaid after this date will automatically be updated to the Regular Rate.
Pre‑Registration Rate: From December 31, 2025, to August 21, 2026
Online Registration Deadline: August 21, 2026
After this date, onsite registration will reopen at the congress venue.
Any pending registrations can be completed in person and will be subject to the Late Rate.
Important Information
Credit Card Payments
We strongly recommend that you inform your bank or card issuer in advance that you will be making an international payment, to avoid any issues during the transaction.
Invoicing
If you require an invoice issued under a different name or company, you must notify us before making the payment.
Refund Policy for Onsite Payments
Once registration and payment have been completed, any refund request will be processed with a 20% deduction from the amount paid, provided that the request is submitted before August 21, 2026. After that date, no refunds will be possible
Please note that onsite payments are non‑refundable under any circumstances.
Student Registration
- Only undergraduate students are eligible for the Student registration category.
- A valid student ID must be uploaded during registration for verification.

Visa Information
Visitors must obtain a visa to visit Chile unless they are exempt. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa in advance if required.
